How it works
Three straightforward steps.
1. Confirm the price
Send the postcode, property type and number of bedrooms. You will receive a confirmed quote and can agree an appointment before booking.
2. The property visit
The assessor records the building’s dimensions, construction, insulation, heating and lighting. Access is needed throughout the property, including the loft where safely accessible.
3. Your certificate
Your EPC is lodged and sent by email. Most domestic EPCs are issued within 24 hours of your appointment. You can ask questions about the rating and recommendations.
Before the appointment
A little preparation helps.
Please make sure rooms, heating controls and any loft hatch are accessible. If you have documents showing insulation or recent improvements, have them available for the visit.
You do not need to gather everything before making an enquiry. Any useful information can be discussed when the appointment is arranged.

Regular domestic coverage includes Penzance, St Ives, Helston, Camborne, Redruth, Falmouth and Truro, plus surrounding villages. Other Cornwall locations can be considered by arrangement.
